The Certificato di Conoscenza della Lingua Italiana (CELI) is an official certification issued by the Università per Stranieri di Perugia through its CVCL centre. It is recognised by the Italian Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and carries an ALTE “Q Mark” quality label.
